Refund & Return Policy

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us, for a Return Authorization. If returning your purchase, please include any unused portion in the original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the return.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Orders delivered between 3 to 5 working days between 8am - 9pm

Next Day Delivery
Order by 2pm for next day delivery, 5 days a week.
£5.99 or FREE when you spend £75
Next day delivery for Brewed Tea will take up to 3 days, as this is made to
order.

Returns
& Refunds
We will replace or refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, complete, unused, in their original packaging. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.
